Features: maintance-free, direct cross type, self-locking performance, light weight, small size, no rust, high efficiency (60%~87%), low noise (55dB~65dB), wide power coverage (0.09kW ~ 15kW), speed ratio coverage (5~10000), large output torque (50N ~3000N. M). The performance is equivalent to S series helical gear-worm gear reducer (models within 1000Nm), with smaller volume, stronger self-locking performance, faster delivery time, higher cost performance characteristics.

Material features: The box is made of high-strength aluminum alloy (30-72 model) and gray cast iron HT250 (86-150 model), with special anti-corrosion treatment. Worm gear is made of tin-bronze ZCUSN10PB1, worm is made of 20CrMnTi, with processing accuracy of level 6, tempering hardness of HB240~280, tooth surface quenching hardness of HRC48~54, shaft material of 42CrMo, oil seal is made of SKF/NOK/SOG/CTY/NAK and other imported brands, and bearing is made of HRB/ZWZ/LYC/NSK/SKF. The lubricating oil is VG220/VG32 full synthetic medium-load industrial gear oil from Mobil/SHELL and other brands, and the motor is high-efficiency motor from well-known brands at home and abroad.
